Recently, Suichuan Yuxin’s Phase II factory celebrated a significant milestone—one month of smooth operation since its launch. Over this period, production activities have progressed systematically, with capacity steadily increasing.

Expansion of Scale

    The Phase I factory began operations in 2020. As the group’s business expanded, the Phase II facility was established to meet growing demands. The new factory is equipped with multiple advanced PCB multilayer board production lines and incorporates internationally leading equipment and testing instruments. These include high-precision laser drilling machines, automated laminators, plating lines, immersion gold lines, OSP (Organic Solderability Preservatives) lines, and fully automated testing equipment. This setup enables end-to-end efficient production—from substrate cutting, inner layer processing, lamination, and drilling to copper plating and final inspection.

    Currently, the factory boasts a monthly capacity of 400,000 square meters. With ongoing optimization of production processes, capacity will continue to expand, providing robust support to meet market demand for high-quality multilayer boards.

    The factory specializes in multilayer boards (MLB), leveraging refined production techniques and innovative R&D to produce boards ranging from 4 to 36 layers. These products excel in electrical performance, mechanical stability, and reliability, positioning them at the industry forefront.

Future Roadmap

    Looking ahead, Yuxin will prioritize technological innovation as its core driver, increasing R&D investment to focus on cutting-edge multilayer board technologies and high-end markets. Over the next three years, the factory plans to:
